Sandy Haywood, Office Manager, is the first voice you hear when you call the office. She has more than 20 years of experience with cosmetic surgery patients. She is compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about all the services offered. She has a wealth of information on pre-operative preparation, surgical procedures and post-operative care. Sandy will schedule your appointments, answer your questions and assist you wherever she can.

We are pleased to have Wendy Holmes, R.N. and cosmetic nurse specialist, as part of our office team. She skillfully provides our patients with Permanent Cosmetics, Botox and various fillers, including Collagen, Radiesse and Hylaform.

Wendy's skill and high safety standards, from an extensive background in emergency and operating room nursing, coupled with her artistry, are the reasons she is so popular with physicians as well as patients. She has worked with us for a number of years and she continues to impress us with her professionalism and gentle touch with patients.
